Edward H. Becker, MD
Dr. Becker graduated Summa Cum Laude and first in his class with a degree in biological sciences from University of Maryland. He continued his education at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed residency in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center and R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center. After completion of his residency, Dr. Becker elected to further his training in Sports Medicine and was selected to do a fellowship at the world renowned Kerlan Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles. He received advanced training in sports medicine surgery and arthroscopy and had the opportunity to work with colleges and professional teams including the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Kings, Los Angeles Sparks, Anaheim Angels, Anaheim Ducks, and USC Trojans. He specializes in surgery of the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee.
Fabio Fiore, MD
Dr. Fabio Fiore earned his Bachelor of Science in chemistry, Summa Cum Laude, from the Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York. He then completed his doctorate degree at the University of New York, University School of Medicine. After a medical internship and residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center Lackland AFB, Texas, he served ten years in the United States Air Force. Dr Fiore specializes in arthroscopic surgery, joint replacement, workers’ compensation injuries, sports medicine, trauma/fractures and pain management procedures.
Scott E. Goldsmith, MD
Dr. Scott Goldsmith earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and his medical degree at Chicago Medical School. He completed a year of general surgical internship at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York City, followed by a five-year orthopedic surgery residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City and a sports medicine fellowship in joint diseases at New York University Hospital in New York City. Dr. Goldsmith joined his father, Stuart Goldsmith in practice in 2008. Both have privileges at South Florida Baptist Hospital. Dr. Goldsmith specializes in total joint replacement surgery, including total hip, total knee, shoulder and elbow, and surgical treatment for sports-related injuries and general orthopedic surgery
Stuart A. Goldsmith, MD
Dr. Stuart Goldsmith was born and raised in Yonkers, New York. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Cincinnati, attended medical school in Guadalajara, Mexico, and did rotating internships in Canada and New Jersey. His orthopedic residency was at the University of Florida. Dr. Goldsmith has been in practice for 35 years and joined his son, Dr. Scott Goldsmith, in practice in 2008. Both have privileges at South Florida Baptist Hospital. Dr. Goldsmith specializes in total joint replacement, treatment of sports injuries and general orthopedic surgery.
Jeffrey D. Watson, MD
Dr. Jeffrey Watson attended the United States Air Force Academy and earned a bachelor of science in biochemistry. After earning a master of science in Biochemistry from University of Illinois, he attended medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Watson did his surgical internship at Washington Hospital Center and his orthopedic residency at University of Maryland/Shock Trauma Orthopaedics. He joined the staff of South Florida Baptist in 2012 and specializes in shoulder conditions and rotator cuff repair.
