Benefits of Membership:

• Help St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital to better serve your children and your neighbor’s children

Membership Requirements:

• Annual dues of $125 per person made as a donation to The Foundation For St. Joseph’s Hospitals and designated for St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital 
• Participate in or host one fundraising event of your choosing per year in which the proceeds are donated to St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital
