Physical Activity

Physical activity is defined as any type activity that requires your body to move. Whether it is playing a sport, going for a jog, or simply walking up some stairs, physical activity causes your body to work and burn energy.

Physical activity is important for people of all ages, but especially for children who are still developing. The habits that your child learn at a young age will often be carried with them into adulthood. So make sure they are healthy habits.
