Most insurance plans do not provide full coverage for hospitalization. It is important to remember that your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. St. Joseph’s Hospital will help file your claim. However, you are ultimately responsible for payment of your hospital bill.

Prior to discharge, we will assist in finalizing arrangements to pay the estimated portion of your bill that will not be covered by insurance. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check or cash. A hospital bill will also be mailed to your home.
