Please note that routine X-rays (chest, foot, spine, etc.) and laboratory services do not require a scheduled appointment. All other diagnostic procedures do require a scheduled appointment.
All procedures require a physician's order/prescription that must be presented at time of service or appointment. If this information is not available at the time of service, we will have to reschedule your procedure. Please note that orders/prescriptions for diagnostic testing are only good for six months.
BayCare Outpatient Imaging accepts most insurance. If your insurance company requires an authorization or a referral for the test ordered, it must be received in advance or at the time of service. It is your responsibility to provide this information. Please remember to bring your insurance card(s) and physician order.
