David A. Hochberg, MD (Urology)
David A. Hochberg, MD, specializes in general urology. Dr. Hochberg is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Urology. He is chief of urology at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Dr. Hochberg is also a clinical assistant professor of urogynecology at the University of South Florida School of Medicine, specializing in the treatment of female incontinence.
Dr. Hochberg has been using the da Vinci® Surgical System for the treatment of prostate cancer since 2004. He has served as a proctor for urologists learning this procedure. His other areas of interest include minimally invasive laser treatment for enlarged prostate, medical and surgical treatment of urinary stones, vasectomy and vasectomy-reversal.
Dr. Hochberg received a BA from Tulane University in New Orleans, La., and an MD from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, FL. He completed his medical training at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY, including additional clinical and research clerkships at Cornell-New York Hospital and Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children.

Frank Mastandrea, MD (Urology)
Frank Mastandrea, MD, specializes in urology. Dr. Mastandrea’s passion is robotic-assisted surgery. In fact, he helped implement the urological surgical robotic program that exists at St. Joseph’s Hospital today and has since performed hundreds of surgeries. Men from around the country and around the world fly to Tampa to have Dr. Mastandrea perform their operations.
Dr. Mastandrea graduated from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO, and received the Alpha Sigma Nu award. As a doctor, Dr. Mastandrea participated in writing several publications. He was also a laparoscopy instructor for post-graduate medical education, teaching lymph node dissections, nephrectomies and partial cystectomies. In addition, Dr. Mastandrea helped devise protocols for new procedures performed at the Moffitt Cancer Center.

Osvaldo F. Padron, MD (Urology)
Osvaldo F. Padron, MD, is a fellow of the American College Surgeons and a Diplomat of the American Board of Urology. Dr. Padron received his medical degree from University of Miami. After which, he completed a six-year urology residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial hospital where he served as chief resident his final year.
He then was awarded a prestigious fellowship at the Cleveland clinic with Dr. Anthony J. Thomas one of the originator’s of microsurgery in United States. This fellowship advanced his knowledge and skills in all areas of male infertility and andrology. Dr. Padron began his private practice in 1996 specializing in male infertility and andrology.
In addition to being on faculty at the University of South Florida, Dr. Padron has written several textbook chapters on the topic of male infertility and has contributed numerous peer review articles to the surgical literature in such journals as the Journal of Urology, Fertility and Sterility, and the Journal of Andrology frequently quoted in the press. Dr. Padron has demonstrated his techniques to surgeons in United States and abroad. Dr. Padron has interest in Female urology, Robotics and Erectile Dysfunction.

Jamil Rehman, MD (Urology)
Jamil Rehman, MD, specializes in urology surgery, with a special interest in laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Rehman is affiliated with South Florida Baptist Hospital.
Dr. Rehman received his MD from King Edward Medical College, Punjab University in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his residency at North General Hospital and Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY. Dr. Rehman also completed a laparoscopy and endoscopy fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, MO, and a urology fellowship at University of California in San Francisco, CA.
