Certification: Food Handler Preferred Education: High School Preferred Experience: Six months food service Preferred Specific Skills Required: Interpersonal skills Written and verbal communication skills Teamwork Work independently with minimal supervision Organizational skills Customer service skills Computer skill appropriate to position Description: The Food Service Representative I prepares cold food items according to standardized recipes, production methods, and specified quantities; Ensure high quality by using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation, service and storage; Maintains a sanitary work environment; Assembles trays for patients in an accurate and appealing fashion. Performs other duties as necessary.
