| Description: The Food Services Coordinator coordinates daily food service operations including preparation, distribution and service to patients, cafeteria, catering and other customers; Oversees and maintains quality control monitors and takes corrective action as necessary; Assists with TM functions to include interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, coaching and scheduling; Coordinates TM orientation, training and competency assessment; Monitors the overall security of the department; Performs all other duties as assigned.
