Sleep disorders are complex and can be difficult to accurately diagnose. This is because there are a variety of sleep and other medical disorders with similar symptoms. In addition, symptoms like chronic tiredness and restless sleep can stem from emotion illness or another physical condition.
That's why you need the right medical team in a comfortable hospital setting to get the right diagnosis. The St. Joseph's Hospital Sleep Disorders team works with your doctor to achieve this.
Diagnostics and Facilities
Our laboratories are equipped with
the most advanced diagnostic sleep testing available. Overnight sleep studies
(called a polysomnogram) take place in comfortable, private patient rooms,
closely monitored by polysomnographic technologists. A detailed sleep evaluation
is compiled and sent to your doctor with a recommended treatment plan.
