St. Joseph�s - North Opens State-of-the-Art Diagnostic Center

St. Joseph�s Outpatient Diagnostic Center and HealthPoint Adult and Pediatric Primary Care have opened on the corner of Van Dyke Road and Calusa Trace Boulevard in northwest Hillsborough County.
The new St. Joseph�s Outpatient Diagnostic Center features all-digital imagery while offering local residents the most modern high-tech care available for:
� MRI, including open high-field and breast care MRI
� 64-slice CT scanner
� Ultrasound
� DEXA bone density studies
� Digital mammography
� General radiology
� Lab draw station
St. Joseph�s Outpatient Diagnostic Center offers patients a link to the entire St. Joseph�s family of healthcare services and facilities, such as real-time access to patient results, radiologic images and transcribed reports.
St. Joseph�s operates three other local centers: St. Joseph�s Hospital Diagnostic Center on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Tampa, along with St. Joseph�s Diagnostic Center Westchase and St. Joseph�s Diagnostic Center Carrollwood.
St. Joseph�s Outpatient Diagnostic Center has daily operating hours. HealthPoint Primary Care offers adult and pediatric services during days, evenings and weekends.
In addition, the new St. Joseph�s Outpatient Diagnostic Center site will serve as the front door of St. Joseph�s Hospital � North, when it opens in 2009. The future new fully-digital hospital will offer residents medical, surgical, obstetrics, emergency and intensive care services in one of the county�s most rapidly growing areas.
