St. Joseph's-Baptist Named One of Only Four Best Workplaces in Healthcare 2006

Last year, St. Joseph's-Baptist was named one of ten 2005 Premier Employers in Healthcare based on outstanding people practices and human resources programs that attract and retain diverse talent.� This year, Premier invited us to participate in a national survey process as part of Best Workplaces in Healthcare 2006.
The process involved submitting an application and questionnaire, and selecting team members at random to complete an online survey. This was the first year that the process included team member feedback. Because of their anonymous responses, St. Joseph's-Baptist was named one of only four Best Workplaces in Healthcare 2006.
Some of the areas where we exceeded the benchmarks set for the organizations were:
