Safe Kids Tampa led by St. Joseph's Children's Hospital
is part of a global network of
organizations whose mission is to prevent
accidental childhood injury, a leading killer of children 14 and under.
More than 450 coalitions in 16 countries bring together health and safety
experts, educators, corporations, foundations, governments and volunteers to
educate and protect families.
Safe Kids Tampa is one of these coalitions
comprised of individuals and organizations who are committed to reducing the
incidence of preventable childhood injuries. Coalitions receive free and low
cost resources, technical assistance and most importantly, Safe Kids grant
opportunities to help us serve our communities.
