Kimberly Guy is the Chief Operating Officer of St. Joseph-s Women-s Hospital in Tampa, one of the four hospitals that comprise the St. Joseph's-Baptist Health Care system. St. Joseph's Women's Hospital is the only freestanding hospital in Florida exclusively for women, and is part of the St. Joseph's-Baptist Health Care system.

Guy received her master's in health administration from Duke University in 1987. She started her career at Rex Healthcare in Raleigh, NC as the Administrative Director of Radiology.  She held several positions including Acting Vice President of Nursing, and most recently, Vice President of Operations.

Guy served on the Board for Urban Ministries of Raleigh and Hospice of Wake County.
