Michael D. Aubin serves as Administrator for St. Joseph-s Children-s Hospital of Tampa, one of the four hospitals that comprise the St. Joseph's-Baptist Health Care system. He has more than 25 years of experience in consulting and hospital administration with freestanding and “affiliated” children-s and specialty hospitals. Aubin-s leadership at Children-s Hospital of Tampa has grown what was a very small “hospital within a hospital” into a 170-bed tertiary pediatric referral center that draws patients from around the world.

Aubin received his bachelor's degree in health services administration from Providence College in Rhode Island and his master-s degree in business and health services administration from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.

Aubin participates in numerous children-s advocacy efforts both in the Tampa Bay area, the state of Florida and nationally. He has held leadership positions with organizations including The National Association of Children-s Hospitals and the Association of Florida Children-s Hospitals.
