Who do you deliver your products to?

Our St. Joseph�s Women�s Hospital Volunteers deliver gifts to patients or employees in the hospital. Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside the hospital. If an online order is placed for a patient that has already checked out, a full refund will be made to the customer�s credit card.

What type of merchandise do you carry?

St Joseph�s Women�s Hospital Gift Shop offers a variety of gifts, including beautifully arranged fresh flowers, special going-home baby outfits, assorted photo frames, plush animals, precious baby plush and musicals. For detailed information, please call 813-872-2967.

What if the person is no longer in the hospital?

If the recipient is no longer a patient of St. Joseph�s Women�s Hospital, a full refund will be issued to your credit card.

I have added items in my Shopping Cart, but when I go to checkout, the cart is empty. What's wrong?

We require users to enable cookie settings on their browser for shopping. The advantage of having cookies enabled is that we can remember what you have placed in your shopping basket. If you don't have "session cookies" enabled, our server will think you are a different person with each page request, and your shopping basket will always be empty.

How do I change my cookie settings to shop on-line successfully?

Windows IE 5.x Browser

1. Go to Tools on the menu bar
2. Pick Internet Options
3. Click the Security tab
4. Select the Custom Level tab
5. Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer",
    click "Enable"
6. Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
7. Select OK, Yes you want to save the settings

Windows IE 6.x Browser

1. Select Tools
2. Select Internet Options
3. Select the Privacy tab
4. Select Advanced
5. Select Override automatic cookie handling button
6. Select First Party and Third Party cookies
7. Select Always allow session cookies
8. Click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen
9. Click OK to exit

Netscape 4.x

1. Click Edit on the Toolbar
2. Click Preferences
3. Click Advanced
4. Three options are displayed. Click the appropriate choice:
    Enable all cookies

Netscape 6.x

1. Click Edit on the Toolbar
2. Click Preferences
3. Click the Privacy and Security category; expand the list     subcategories
4. Click Cookies
5. Three options are displayed. Click the appropriate choice:
    Enable all cookies
