- What was the reason for your visit to the Women's Healthy Heart Center?

- Do you believe visiting the Women's Healthy Heart Center has helped you reduce your risk for heart disease? If so, how?
- What messages do you have for other women in Tampa Bay about understanding their risk for heart disease?
Have you been diagnosed with a heart condition? Sharing your story may help stress the importance of knowing the risks of heart disease. If you would like to submit your story, please send us an email, and be sure to include the following information:
- When did you first realize you had a heart health problem?
- Was your risk identified through a screening, or was your condition discovered after an emergency?
- Were you aware that cardiovascular disease is the leading killer of women?
- Do you have a family history of heart disease?
- What were you feeling when you first discovered your heart condition?
- What got you through your treatment?
- How has your condition changed your life?
- What message do you have for other members
