Both Life Care and Lease residents enjoy amenities such as scheduled transportation, one meal a day, bi-monthly housekeeping, and weekly flat linen service - all included in one low monthly maintenance fee. Although you may select the Lease option, it doesn't have the same guarantee of long-term care or discounted assisted living rates that Life Care residents receive.
