There are plenty of activities to keep active seniors happy, from day trips to local recreational, educational and cultural attractions to programs located within the Village. A full-time Activities Director and staff organize musical concerts, parties, fitness programs, and even a wedding, held at the Village in 1998.

John Knox Village is part of the St. Joseph's-Baptist Health Care allience that brings together St. Joseph's Hospital, St. Joseph's Women's Hospital, St. Joseph's Children's Hospital of Tampa, and South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City.
