Ninety-six golfers joined Honorary Event Chairs Claudia and Ronde Barber, Founding Member Sponsors Jeffrey and Julie Wooley, Physician Chair Dr. Rand Altemose, Tournament Chair Kirk Davis at Old Memorial Golf and Country Club to support the fight against cancer on Monday, September 29th, 2008. The sold-out tournament raised over $90,000 through sponsorships and silent and live auctions to support pediatric and adult cancer services at St. Joseph's Hospital, St. Joseph's Children's Hospitals and St. Joseph's Women's Hospital.

As emcee Gayle Sierens highlighted at the closing reception, the Cancer Institute at St. Joseph's Hospitals consistently treats more Hillsborough County patients than any other facility in the area, offering some of the most technologically advanced treatment modalities available.
